👍: i liked it. simple white wine
👀: straw
👃: no faults, floral, citrus. beautiful nose, med+ aroma (i hesitate to say high since i haven't had gewurztraminer in a while, but this quite forward out of the glass (not jumping out tho). if blind i think i may have wanted to say grassy quality to the smell but i shouldn't confuse it for floral
👅: white flowers, citrus - lemon but not particularly tart. slight bitterness but not super pronounced. med acid. med- alcohol. short finish. simple.

Notes
👍: i think this could be good with food but the meaty quality throws me off for chill drinking
👀: ruby. no rim variation. low intensity color extraction. no gas, a few specs of sediment
👃: no faults, non fruit. charcuterie/meat? not super alcoholic even after taking huge whiffs. sweet fruit
👅: dry, non fruit first. medium tannins smooth. a bit sour red fruit cherry (the "wine cherry" descriptor not literal cherry. with meaty aftertaste. a bit herbal on the finish like dried herbs. structure(med body). med acid. med alcohol (checked and it's 13.5% so that tracks)
